Booking Policy

Thank you for choosing Rejuvenate You! 
To secure an appointment for aesthetic services at Rejuvenate You, we require a NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT.  By securing an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. The NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT will be DEDUCTED from the total of service(s) provided at the scheduled appointment time.
Deposits are applied toward service fees and will NOT be refunded due to cancellation. NO exceptions. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask you kindly do so more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Appointment times are booked according to your scheduled procedure. The deposit confirms your booking.  Last-minute cancellations do not allow sufficient time to fill the appointment gap. Please be respectful of the injector’s time, as we are respectful of your time.
Deposit fees are $100 and will be charged in order to secure an appointment on our schedule.  This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Re-scheduling must be done more than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time.  Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours forfeits their deposit and a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment.  NO refunds, exchanges or credit card charge backs will be accepted.  If the deposit is not used within 60 days, a new NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT will be required.
*By making your NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT to secure your appointment, you are acknowledging that you understand and will comply with our policy.
